Wheelchairs for Ethiopia w/ Teki
We spent 10 days in northern Ethiopia in the Township of Mekele working with Rick Eisemann of E3 Partners distributing wheelchairs from Free Wheelchair Missions. We were able to Evangelize by using the EvangeCube. Many people prayed to receive Christ. They have been waiting 2 years for this event and were very thankful. Permission was given by Scott Wesley Brown to use the song “Echos of The Cross” from his album “Out Of Africa”.
Her Face Says it All
Look as this mother and daughter we photographed while on a trip to Ethiopia. Imagine not being able to give your daughter needed medical treatement. Imagine watching your daugther crawl along dirty streets because she has no other method of mobility. Imagine yourself in her position.
As you can see the simple act of reaching out and providing something as simple as a chair on wheels can profoundly change someone’s life. The look on her face is worth volumes. If you were in her position, image how you would feel. “Love your Neighbor as Yourself” is more than an empty command.
